  • Can you help me with sizing?
    If you are in between sizes or would like to request a different size, we can accommodate you. This also includes turning existing items into matching bracelets or necklaces! The sizes listed are rounded down to the nearest inch (or half inch when offered). This is to ensure your piece is not too small). Do you need a size not listed? Select the size closest to what you'd like, and add any specifics in the notes to us or send us a separate email, referencing your order number. If the size you would like is more than a half inch under or over the available options please contact us first as there may be a price adjustment necessary to create your perfect piece.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping or gift packaging?
    Your jewelry will ship with an organza bag, but if you'd like it in a gift box please let us know. We typically use white or kraft boxes tied with a pretty ribbon. Have another request? Send a message and let's get creative!
  • How do I care for my Marley+Grace jewelry?
    Please be gentle with all handmade jewelry especially when it contains natural gemstones, glass, ceramic, and other potentially fragile materials. They aren’t meant to come into extended or direct contact with water, or chemicals such as perfumes or cleansers. As with all jewelry, we recommend removal while swimming, doing the dishes, showering, and the like. Handle it with care, store it properly, and avoid dropping it, tossing it, or exposing it to harsh conditions. We use strong yet flexible aluminum beading wire and all high quality materials for durability as well as aesthetic purposes. With proper care, each piece can be enjoyed for years to come, so please treat it well and we know you’ll love wearing it!
  • How do I order larger quantities of the same (or similar) item?
    Interested in coordinating pieces (necklaces, bracelets, and earrings) or a different yet similar piece that you can layer? How about matching pieces for groups? Our jewelry is perfect for friends and family, sorority sisters, bridal parties, sports or spirit teams, and more! Please send an email to with either the item you are interested in, or your special request, and we can go over your options. We often offer discounts on multiple item requests inclduing shipping specials, so please contact us and we can work together!
  • What is your shipping policy? And what about returns?
    We process and ship orders from our location in sunny Florida on Monday through Saturday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for customized and per-ordered pieces may take longer, and these details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. ​ We offer free standard shipping to all orders being delivered in the United States! We offer expedited shipping options at checkout, and shipping upgrades and/or discounts for both Domestic and International orders when available. Occasionally there are promotions for discounted or free upgraded shipping both in and out of the USA - subscribe to our mailing list to make sure you don't miss out on these offers! If you are interested in a larger order (for example, matching pieces for a sorority or sports team) please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to work with you on shipping costs and/or delivery time. We always try to work with our customers and would love to hear from you. ​ Returns are a tricky subject when it comes to jewelry items. To avoid abuse of return policies, we are very selective when it comes to allowing returns. Package contents are photographed before they are sealed for shipping to avoid potential issues concerning "item not received" or "item missing" and we package our pieces carefully to ensure they do not break. Of course, we understand things do happen once items leave our hands and land in yours. Contact us with return requests and we will do our best to work with you to ensure a satisfactory experience on both our end and most importantly, yours. ​ Customized items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return.     Payments are collected at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards through our website or via PayPal. For large orders or special circumstances, please contact us directly at and we can discuss available options.
